Service Description

Whisk tea the way it was done a thousand years ago. In the Song dynasty, powdered tea was whisked into a fine white froth in a dark bowl. Your host demonstrates, then you take the whisk: build the froth yourself and try a little tea painting (cha bai xi) on its surface.
